What format of drawing can I send you for estimating?
Normally we are able to open formats like ‘.step’, ‘.dwg’, ‘.pdf’, ‘.sldprt’, ‘.x_t’ and etc, please just ask if you have any question.
Do you accept sample production?
Yes, we accept sample production, if you have volume production order, sample production cost can be free, usually it can be deducted from future order amount.
How long for sample production?
It depends of requirements of the parts or products, normally 7 to 15 days.
What is the shipping method?
Most samples will be sent out by international airway express company like DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT. Usually takes around 3-5
working days (door to door service). We also can arrange shipment by sea.
I want to keep our design confidential, can you sign NDA?
Of course, we will be glad to sign NDA, and won’t show it to the third party.
How to pay for the order?
You can pay via Bank Transfer(T/T), Paypal,Western Union.
